2. Service & Delivery Area

TrioBliss by Num operates and delivers products exclusively within Karachi, Pakistan. Orders requested for delivery outside Karachi will not be processed unless explicitly confirmed in advance by our team via official communication channels.

3. Products & Pricing

• Product Accuracy: We strive to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or lighting during photography.
• Pricing: All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Availability: All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Orders & Cancellations

• Order Confirmation: An order is only considered accepted once confirmed by our team via email, WhatsApp, or Instagram DM.
• Order Cancellation: You may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the event of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Payment Terms

We accept payment via Cash on Delivery (COD), direct bank transfer, and mobile wallet options (EasyPaisa/JazzCash). For advance payment methods, orders will only be dispatched once the payment proof has been verified by our team.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and our social media channels—including product names, logos, designs, imagery, text, and graphics—is the property of TrioBliss by Num. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

TrioBliss by Num shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website, service delays caused by third-party couriers, or improper handling/use of purchased items after delivery.
